Currently Coveting

I admit I'm in a bit of a fashion rut. After the husband called me out on wearing my work out clothes without actually working out, I reverted back to my next safest outfit, either a striped or chambray shirt and white jeans or some type of printed short. I love Chambray shirts and have a few that I rotate through. What do you think about this look?

It pulls together an outfit and checks all the boxes - not too pricey, chic, and easy to laundry. I'm not the only one that loves this shirt!

Do you have a go-to outfit? I'm in need of some new staples. What are some of your new favorites?

PS: You can find me over at Oh Beaute blog today sharing my daily beauty regimen. Pop over and say hello! They are giving a $300 giveaway as well that you should check out!

  1. I'd say that's a pretty great staple outfit. My go-to these days is an oxford with simple black/jean shorts. I've also been loving the oxford style shirts that are a bit sheer. Light and fun (especially when they are hot pick, like mine) for summer.

  3. I got my chambray from Madewell & I love it! And yes, I'm in a major rut. With wearing jeans and a tee. Ugh!

  7. I have one chambray shirt and love it! I'm sort of embarrassed to admit, I live in my target v-neck t-shirts [an inside source told me they're made at the same factory as j.crew] , and a rotation of gap skinny's. Its a comfy everyday look and can be dressed up with great accessories/cute shoes!

  9. You had mentioned before in some previous posts that you are nursing. What are some of your favorite nursing friendly tops, dresses, and covers? I am due in a few weeks and I thought maternity clothes were bad, nursing clothes are even worse. I see how the chambray button up shirt would be nursing friendly. Do you have any other fab ideas?

Thank you so much and love your blog.
