  9. Beautiful space!! Love all the work you've done.

One quick question for you, though (and I don't mean for this to sound snarky at all...my apologies in advance if it does), didn't you work with an interior designer for at least a portion of your home make-over? Does she get any sort of "shout-out" in the article?

    1. Hi Kelly,
Great question! When we first started designing the house, I purchased fabric/wallpaper/hardware through a friend of mine who was an interior designer because at the time, I did not have trade accounts set up with those companies. The design and selection of every aspect of my home was done by myself and my husband.
Thank you for your sweet comments and for reading!

    2. Thank you so much for replying! Definitely appreciate it, and thanks so much for clarifying her part in your home make-over. You have EXCELLENT taste...I'm even more impressed now that I know you and your husband did it all yourselves. Looks awesome!

  21. Loved your kitchen reno(the whole house actually...) and went straight out to pick up a magazine. Being 5 yrs into a whole house reno, I look through it whenever I need a pick me up to remind me how good things can be when it's all done!

  22. Hi Lindsey, I am such a fan of your blog and your work. I am MADLY in love with the cheddar silk drapes in your house and am having the hardest time trying to duplicate that color in my own home. Can you possibly send me a color-way option that you feel like most closely resembles the true color? Even if it's a picture of a lamp or random item... I just LOVE them so much, they make your space so happy and I would love to have drapes done for our family room just like them. THANK YOU so much!

  23. Hi! Can you tell me what color white you used on your walls? We just bought our first place and I am trying to find a white for all the fun colors I want to use. We have a pale gray sofa and pale gray just doesn't work!
